Grant Harrod is Chair of Countrywide Australasia Limited. He is a highly experienced senior executive
having held several senior executive and nonexecutive roles, including 18 years as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for publicly listed and unlisted companies, including Pro-Pac Packaging Limited, LJ Hooker Limited, Salmat Limited and Corporate Express Australia Limited.

Industry experience includes, packaging, business and marketing services, franchising, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, fresh produce production, retail and information technology. Mr Harrod is also nonexecutive director for Real Estate Sales Online Pty Ltd.

Mr Harrod has an MBA from Macquarie University’s and Graduate School of Management, a BA in Political Science from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is currently also Chair of the Performance and Remuneration Committee.
